Mario Torre - Founder of Collector MX

Born in Mérida, Yucatán, he is a graduate of Tecnológico de Monterrey. With a strong track record in the art world, he founded Galería México in 2019 and, since 2021, has served as Director of Galería Secreta, a space known for an innovative, distinctive, and bold vision. Representing both emerging and established artists, his commitment to art has helped connect artists, curators, and collectors, positioning him as a key figure in the cultural scene of southeast Mexico. His goals include supporting new talent, expanding access to art, and bringing new collectors into the fold. Since 2025, he has been a partner-member of COPARMEX Mérida.
